Simple design, innovative features and state of the art materials give the 'Slick Release' secure holding of the tiller extension on the tiller whilst still maintaining its "simple to remove” objective. The extension joint is completely captured within the fitting. This means that even if the fitting were left in the open position when out on the water, the tiller extension will not just fall out.
